ALL POOL RULES APPLY

-Approval for a party is by 2 members of the Board.

-There shall be no more than __30____people at a party

-Fee for Parties - $50.00 plus entrance fee for each guest (& 100.00 deposit for clean up that is refundable)

-Notice for up to 10 people, at least 72 hours in advance

-Notice for more than 10 people, at least 2 weeks in advance

-Parties must be confirmed at least ___3____ days before party date and all fees paid. Cash Only.

-15 or more people requires additional lifeguard or gate keeper

-$27.95 an hour for additional personnel if required

-Choose a rain date

-Parties are held in the Southeast Area

-Weekdays are preferred

-Party Times preferred between 1:00 & 5:00 pm

-Parties must close ½ hour before the pool closes.

-Responsible adults are 21 y/o or older

-Parties (Adults only) may use the Associations’ equipment including:

Folding tables, Coolers, Grills. Use of the refrigerator in the pump room requires special permission from the Board (2 members) and is limited to the Host (must wear shoes in the pump room). Check and inform us of the level of propane tanks before party and after.

-Clean Up:

Equipment put back in the same place and same condition

Equipment must be cleaned and ready for next use

Trash disposed in appropriate trash and recycling containers.

​Chairs, tables, etc put back in original spot

Clean up must be complete at least a half hour before Pool closes
